Serra Traverse City

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco from Doug Osborne at Serra, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Doug came highly recommended by an acquaintance, and I am so glad I took their advice. He was incredibly genuine, kind, and actually listened to what I needed. The entire transaction was simple, straightforward, and completely uncomplicated. He even took the time to give me a few great pointers about my new Bronco while respecting my intelligence throughout the process. If you want a seamless, no-nonsense car buying experience with someone who truly treats you like a person, go see Doug.

I had a great experience with everyone I encountered at Price Point, especially Marie and Carlos. They got me into a vehicle that I could afford, and kept in touch when new vehicles arrived due to the quick turnaround. I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in need of a car.

We have been using Serra for service for 3 years and recently purchased a new vehicle from them. Mike T. Was amazing and easy to work with. Jeff from financial made it a breeze! Shout out to John in service for taking such good care of us over the years. This is hands down the best dealership/service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!

Great experience getting a new Subaru Forester! Robert Warner was very knowledgeable with Subaru cars, enthusiastic about explaining Forester's features. One of the things he explained was the "deep snow/mud" mode. Little did I know, that I would be using this mode 3 days later to get myself out of the snow bank. I totally recommend his services.

This is my first review, but our third purchase using Joel as our salesperson. There is a reason we keep going back. Joel definitely works for the customer. He helps you find the best car for what you need and within your budget. He walks you thru the whole buying process in a way that is patient and informative. His help doesn’t end at the sale, but he’s there for you after- if you have further questions or needs. Thanks, Joel for helping us find the right fit for our family-not once, but three times. I’m really loving the “new to us Subaru”. I know it was supposed to be my husband’s car but I just (may or may not ) drive it more than he does :) We will be back the next time we are looking to add on to our car family. Thanks again!
